The author of Completely Geeked decided to try out the Rachael Ray recipe for strawberry granitas (an icy treat). Although the author doesn't feel like they are really the "target demographic" for Rachael's Every Day Magazine, that didn't stop them from finding and using this particular yummo recipe.

Incidentally, they went over pretty well. I'll use less sugar the next time I make them.
