Rachael Ray Travel Interview

Budgettravelonline supplies a nifty little interview with Rachael Ray about her travel history and preferences.

By the way, she will take an aisle seat over a window seat when flying.

It's a fun Rachael Ray interview because the questions don't revolve exclusively around food and it allows the reader to get a look at more of Rachael Ray's personality.

Personally, I thought her anectdote about wanting to be a professional "casual observer" as a child was a hoot.

Rachael Ray does talk a little bit about food in the interview, of course, particularly about how she survives airline food. Rachael Ray says:

"This funny thing I got in Flight 001, called the In-Flight Food Survival Kit. It's got all of these little spice tins, plus individual packets of mustards, sauces, and condiments. It's got about 20 different spices and I use it on in-flight food and sandwiches. I love it. It's my favorite little thing."
