Glory to Rachael, by Dobie

The woman from Rachael Ray 30 min meal is doing it again. She has been asked to have her own talk show. Many people believe that she is getting over exposed. Is this going to hurt her? I guess only time will tell.

Here is what one person had to say about it. You can find the quote here. -

“At first, she was an approachable (ok, and mildly annoying in an Elmo kind of way) home cook who had good ideas for parents like me with two kids who can't spend a lot of time and effort on dinner. I could put up with her excessively bubbly personality because some of the kitchen shortcuts she provided were actually useful. As usual, The Food Network took a good thing and absolutely crammed it down viewers' throats until they couldn't take it for another instant (can you say "Emeril?"). It's too bad. The Emeril-izing of Rachael Ray is almost complete.

What do you think? It is my opinion that when a celebrity is on top that they have to work really hard to stay there. It is easier to get your 15 seconds of fame, but much harder to extend that. I think, so far, Rachael Ray has done a good job of staying popular. However, I don’t think she really cares that much. Sure, I bet she likes the fame, who wouldn’t, but I think she really loves what she does.
