Completely YUMMO (or is that yum-o?) Rachael Ray Salmon Recipe, by DF

I think this Rachael Ray recipe would go over well at a summer barbeque. It’s nice to have an alternative to the old hamburgers, hot dogs, and steaks that everyone makes. Having some grilled salmon and maybe some giant shrimp kabobs with fruit would be soooo nice.

I saw a recipe she had on another site; I don’t remember which one, where she had made a mini-cheeseburger salad with mustard sauce. Doesn’t that sound so weird, but it didn’t look too bad. I bet it would make a great summer barbeque dish as well.

Her next book ought to be an outdoor cooking one. I love to throw little barbeque parties during the summer. I look forward to the season all year. I get my little summer dresses out and dress the kids in their cute little outfits and just have a ton of fun. Fun, that’s what it’s all about. That’s why Rachael Ray recipes are so appealing, they are fun.
