The author was discussing whether or not political speeches as TV events and mentioned Rachael in the process, stating:
"My response was, Well, I don’t think it will be showing on the Food Network, with the ever-perky Rachael Ray providing viewers with special quick receipes for SOTU party treats or hors d’oeuvres. (”Mmmmm . . . They’re soooo . . . good. Just like freedom. It’s cool!”)"
